When you love snorkeling than Star Beach is the place for you to go!
The marine life is awesome and breathtaking so don’t forget to bring your snorkel gear with you when planning to visit this beach. When you visit the beach with a tour then they usually provide you with masks. Just a few meters from the shore you will find a beautiful underwater world with a great variety in coral and fishes. Most of the beautiful coral is alive and the fishes are in different shapes and colors. You can also swim and enjoy the beautiful environment, but you’ll miss all the wonderful things under water!
This beach has an additional advantage: you do not have to worry about stepping on a sharp rock when you swim or snorkel in star beach because it has a sandy bottom.
Aside from the beautiful and inviting water, you can also enjoy the views of the cliffs. The cliffs are beautiful to use as background in your photos. There are not many trees on the beach what means that you have less shelter from the sun. But the beautiful scenery will make up for that. Even if the beach is relatively small, it is still one of the best beaches around El Nido. The powdery white sand, the clear blue water and the serene environment will make this a beach of your dreams and one of the best places to spend some moment of silence with nature.
How to get there
You can get there by taking an island hopping tour C. I you want to stay longer you have to rent a private boat but that costs more than going with a tour. One advantage of going on a private tour is that you can explore the island Tapiutan itself and discover more beaches on Tapiutan island, though Star beach is it the most beautiful. Another advantage is that you can visit the island and the beaches without too many other people walking around on the beach.
What to do
Star beach is not a big place, but big enough to take the lunch during island hopping. There are not so much activities but the stay is worth it!
